Go Sioux!

Some friends of ours have season tickets for Sioux football on the 50 yard line--front row--on the Sioux side--so they took us to the first home game last night. It was also the first Division 1 game for UND so it was a bit historical. There was record attendance too with 11,400. We had a blast. Hopefully we can go again soon! Peter stayed with my parents overnight and this morning (Friday) they are taking him to the lake. Ben and I will leave after work tonight for the long weekend and meet them there. My brother and his wife and kids are coming tomorrow so we will all be together. Woo hoo for Labor Day Weekend! I'm sure we'll be taking some pics at the lake so I'll put them on here next week. Peace.

Misc

Last Friday my dad took care of Peter in the afternoon (daycare is closed on Fridays in the summer). Well, my darling 3 year old found our camera and snapped a few shots of Grandpa Punky...







On Friday I bought a fish tank from a friend of mine here at work. We have been wanting to get one but we never had the time, energy or money to invest in one. Since I got a really good deal on it, we got it and started it up this weekend. We have to let the water filter for 2 weeks before we get any fish but here's a preview:

Peter lined up all his magnets on the fridge yesterday and I didn't notice it until this morning so I took a photo:



Today is Ben's first day teaching in Thompson. I took a "first day of school" picture of him while he was eating breakfast. It is so great to see him in the mornings again!

Daycare Pics

Peter's daycare provider takes pictures all the time and puts them on a website for all the parents. She also adds little borders and names and such. I put all the pictures from summer so far into a slideshow. Peter loves it at Julie's house--this is proof! Enjoy. :D
